Returns
Your Supply Depot Limited carries the highest quality products and offers the highest level of service possible, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. However, if you should have to return an item, please follow our return policy.

1) Please obtain a Return Authorization Number by contacting our office via email within 10 days of merchandise receipt. THIS IS REQUIRED! You should receive a reply within 24 hours. Products returned without proper written authorization and marking (Return Authorization Number MUST be written on 3 sides of the shipping carton) will be rejected at the Shipping Dept. Items returned will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

2) No cash/credit refunds after 30 days of receipt of goods, no refunds on custom orders and/or worn items.

3) All merchandise MUST be in its original, new condition. Please do not remove any tags or dispose of the receipt or shipping box until you are satisfied with your purchase. Items that have had the tags removed or have been worn will not be refunded.

4) Your Supply Depot Limited DOES NOT refund shipping charges on returned items.

5) If a mistake was made on our part, we will pay for return shipping. For customer mistakes (wrong size ordered, wrong color  ordered,  etc.), customer must pay for return shipping.

6) It is the customer's responsibility to ship an item back to Your Supply Depot Limited for return. It is NOT the responsibility of Your Supply  Depot Limited  to pick-up a customer's return item at the customer's business or residence. Please insure item(s) to be shipped back to Your  Supply Depot Limited for return.

7) Your sales receipt and credit card receipt must accompany the merchandise being returned. Returns will not be accepted without receipt.

8) Merchandise must be returned in the original shipping carton, with the return authorization number written on the outside of the box on 3  sides. Returns will not be accepted without return authorization number.

9) Please allow 7 to 10 business days to process returns (not including shipping time).

10) All sales shipped outside the USA are FINAL. No refunds on items shipped outside the USA.

11) All special order sales are FINAL.

12) IMPORTANT! When you receive your package, DO NOT open the box with a sharp object! Your Supply Depot Limited will NOT accept  returns on  items that have been cut with a knife while opening the box!

CHRISTMAS/HOLIDAY POLICY: To assist you in your holiday shopping, all orders placed between November 20 and January 15 are subject to an extended 30 day return policy. Happy Shopping!
